  25. I beleve there is some confusion here.

  27. IPrefs is a program from Commodore that handles changing preferences.  It's the
  28. program that knows when you change a screenmode, and prompts you to close
  29. windows, etc.  It is NOT PD, nor is it mart of MagicWB.  Removing IPrefs is "A
  30. Bad Thing (tm)".

  32. MagicWB (pre 2.0) cannot cause programs to crash on their own.  It is simply a
  33. collection of icons, fonts, and bruahes.  MagicWB 2.0 includes some daemon
  34. program to fiddle with copperlists, and the 3.x pen's, and I won't vounch for
  35. it's "niceness".
